A new method of laser fluorescence Raman ratio was adopted. By analyzing and calculating the fluorescence intensity generated by laser excitation with oil film covered and the water Raman signal intensity without oil film covered, oil film thickness can be obtained at different distances and the measurement range of oil film thickness is wide.
